I am unable to apply a coupon on my ride

If a coupon code for availing a particular offer on your Ola ride could not be applied, it may be due to the following reasons but not limited to these only: -

- Offer validity has expired
- Offer is not valid in your city.
- Offer is applicable to a particular ride category.
- Offer is valid only on specific days and during certain hours of a day.
- Offer is valid on a particular number of rides.

Every time we come up with an offer for you, offer details are sent to your email ID and mobile number registered with Ola. You also receive these details via push notification on your phone.

As we send unique and personalised offers to every Ola customer, it could be that an offer applicable on your Ola ride may not be applicable for your friend. We request you to check the terms and conditions applicable on the offer as terms and conditions for each offer can be unique and different from other offers.
