I did not receive OTP to log into my account

You will receive a SMS with OTP details on the mobile number entered. Enter the OTP to  log into your account.

Note- If you have verified your email ID  registered with us, you will receive OTP on you email as well.  

If you don’t receive the SMS with your OTP details, please check that the mobile number entered is correct.

If the mobile number entered is correct and you haven’t received the SMS with OTP details, we request you to wait for a few minutes as there could be a delay in receiving SMS due to network issues.

Alternately, you can request for OTP by clicking on Get OTP over a call. You will receive a call on the mobile number entered and your OTP will be shared.
