Please check the following if you are having trouble registering on the app :-
- Please ensure that you are connected to the internet.
- It is not mandatory to enter a referral code while registering on the Ola app. You can register without a referral code by leaving the option blank.
- If you are already registered with Ola, please Log in to your account with your registered email ID or mobile number instead of Registering on the app. You can tap Forgot Password? link on the Login page if you do not remember your password.
Note - You cannot have multiple Ola accounts with the same email ID or mobile number.
- You will not be able to register on your phone if more than 3 people have registered/created Ola accounts on your phone.
