I am not getting any emails from Ola.

We send notifications for exclusive Ola offers and your account activity such as booking confirmation and trip invoice on your email ID registered with Ola.

If you are not receiving any emails from Ola, please do the following-

- Check your Spam, Promotions, Junk, Archive and Deleted folders to ensure that your email has not been filtered.
- Additionally, you can search your inbox with the keyword ‘olacabs’ to find emails from Ola.
- Please check the email ID associated with your Ola account.
