Your account might be temporarily blocked if you cancel multiple bookings in a day. If this is the case, your account will be automatically unblocked after 24 hours and then you will be able to make a booking on the app.

Your account might be permanently blocked if we suspect that your Ola account is being misused to commit fraud or abuse, or there has been a violation of Ola's Terms of Service.

If you think that your account has been incorrectly blocked, please tell us your email address registered with Ola and we will look into it.

Once your account is unblocked, we recommend to restart the app.

If on restarting the app, you see the message ‘Unable to reach the servers’ at the bottom of the app screen, we recommend to clear the App Data from your phone settings or reinstall the app.

    My account I don’t believe should of been blocked. All I did was signed out of my account and let my mates use their accounts or make ones so they could get home. I never violated any term and conditions yeah I may have aloud more than one friend to do so which may have looked wrong on your end but there was no fraud or abuse committed on my end Ali did was help a few friends out. 

    ill like to please sort this out and get my account unblocked as soon as possible so I can pay any outstanding amount owing.

    My wallet(9741104888) and my wife Sathya wallet(9488116260) are blocked it seems, Am complete KYC Verified customer and Can you please enable wallet active and i have loaded the amount, need the fund the transfer to my account immediately and i dont see any reason behind blocking my wallets.

    I'm surprised to see that my ola Rider account is Blocked. May i know the reason for it. This is not at all a fair being a esteemed customer to Ola from years and now to see it as blocked in disappointing.

    My account is blocked I don't know the reason why, there is no working number to call you. I don't mind you blocking and and not reactivating it. can you at least let me know how can I pay my bill? no one is responding to me on emails or twitter. Can someone please take the payment and finish this matter because I wont pay any penalty
