Add Groups

To add a group, all you need to do is click on Home>Create New or Groups>Add Group. Both directs you the same page.

  1. Enter the details such as Group name and monthly budget to be allocated per user in the group.
  2. You also have to select the payment mode- ‘Auto paid by Company’ or ‘Pay and Get Reimbursed’ method. With this your company can decide the mode of payment for each ride to  for the employees in that group
  3. Click on the ‘Rides Approval Required’ and Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. If you select ‘Yes’ then all rides for the employees of that group would be sent for manager approval.  You can even set the frequency at which the Managers would be sent the notifications.Note - Manager approval option is a premium feature which is not available for everyone
  4. Next click on- ‘Show Advanced Settings
  5. Assign/Set Ride Type (Micro, Mini, Sedan, Prime, SUV, LUX, Shuttle and Rentals) settings to the group and days of the week as well as the the time when the corporate rides can be taken.
  6. Click on the SAVE option on the bottom left of the screen to successfully create a group.
