Group Settings

You can design, manage, and control ride terms for the employees in Groups with the help of the Edit option present under each group.

Go to Groups and you can view all the groups created by you. Then click on ‘Edit’ to edit the group settings.

Key features available under Group Settings include :-

Monthly Budget Per User

Allocate monthly travel budget to each employee in the group. Post this budget is exhausted, employee will not be able to take Corporate rides or mark a ride as Corporate.  

Note- Minimum monthly budget to be allocated should not be less than INR 200.

Ride Payment

Choose ride payment option either as Auto Paid by Company or To be Reimbursed.

• Auto-paid by Company - As an admin, you can recharge your company’s Corporate account and enable corporate paid cashless rides for your employees. The bill amount is automatically deducted from the corporate account balance at the end of each corporate ride.
• To Be Reimbursed - As an admin, you can opt to reimburse later to the employees. Employees can pay for their rides by Ola Money or cash and apply for reimbursement later. Employees can still mark their rides as Corporate, and you can manage and track their rides on the dashboard.

Ride Approval

This is the recent addition to the admin dashboard. Clicking on ‘YES’ would send out a notification to the manager for approving the corporate rides taken by the employee.

Frequency

Set the frequency in which the approval requests would be sent to the manager. You can select from options- weekly, monthly or instant.

Ride Type

Choose which all types of services can the users of the group avail by selecting the ride categories from Mini, Sedan, Prime, and Shuttle.

Note - You can choose to assign any number of categories.

Day of Week

Choose the days in a week on which employees can take a corporate ride.

Time of Day

Set time of the day during which employees can take a corporate ride.

Note- You can set a time range as well.
