I need to cancel my booking

You can cancel your booking from the screen where you track your ride. Tap Cancel Ride button. Pick a reason for cancellation and tap SUBMIT. You will receive a booking cancellation SMS and email.

You can also cancel a booking from My Rides section in the app.
