If you have forgotten password of your Ola account, follow the steps given below to reset your password.
Reset your password
- Click Forgot Password? option on Login screen.
2. Enter your registered mobile number with Ola and click Continue.
You will receive a SMS on your registered mobile number with your One Time Password (OTP)\ details to help you reset your password.
3. Verify your mobile number by entering the OTP received and clicking on VERIFY.
Note - If you do not receive the OTP via SMS, click on Get OTP over a voice call to receive a call through which your OTP will be shared.
4. Proceed to Reset your Password by creating the new password for your Ola account.
Note - Your new password should be a minimum of six characters and a mix of both alphabets and numbers. For example - abc123.
5. Click Confirm to confirm your new password and to log into your Ola account.
