I am not able to log in to my account.

You can log in to your Ola account with your registered email ID or mobile number.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password? link on the Login screen.

You will require to enter your registered mobile number on which you will receive an One Time Password (OTP) to help you reset your password. Next, verify your mobile by entering the OTP sent to your mobile number. 

Note - If you do not receive the OTP via SMS, click on Get OTP over a voice call to receive a call through which your OTP will be shared.

Once your mobile number is verified, you can proceed to Reset Your Password by creating the new password for your Ola account. You can then log in with this new password.

Note - Your new password should be a minimum of six characters and a mix of both alphabets and numbers. 

- While trying to log in, please ensure that your phone is connected to the internet and GPS is enabled.
- You will not be able to log in if more than 3 people have logged into their Ola accounts on your phone.
