I did not receive an OTP to reset my password

You will receive a SMS on your registered mobile number with your One Time Password (OTP) details to help you verify mobile number and reset password for your Ola account.

If you need help to reset password, please click here.

If you don’t receive the SMS with your OTP details, please check -

-  The mobile number entered is correct and the one registered with your Ola account.

If the mobile number entered is correct and registered with Ola and you haven’t received the SMS with OTP details -

 - Wait for a few minutes as there could be a delay in receiving SMS due to network issues.

If still you don’t receive the SMS with OTP details, click on Get OTP over a voice call to receive your OTP over a call.

Verify your mobile number by entering the OTP received and clicking on VERIFY. Once your mobile number is verified, you can proceed to reset your password.
