Cancellation fee is typically charged on your Ola ride if a trip is cancelled five minutes or later after the driver accepts the booking. You may also be charged a cancellation fee if a driver cancels your booking after waiting at your location for more than ten minutes.
Cancellation fee helps us compensate drivers for the time, effort and fuel spent while trying to serve you.
