Ola Share Pass Cancellation/Refund Policy

Terms & Conditions:

You can cancel your Share Pass within 7 days from the date of purchase only if there is no ride taken using the pass.
You cannot cancel more than 5 Share Passes in a month across cities.
There are no cancellation charges applicable on your Share Pass.
If you are eligible for the refund, the complete amount will be refunded to your Ola money wallet.

1. Go to Profile Settings > Select "Share Pass"

2. Select the Share Pass to be Cancelled

3. Summary of the Share Pass

4. Tap on "Cancel Pass"5. Select the Reason for Cancellation & Tap on "Cancel Pass"

6.0. Eligible: Pass Cancelled and Refund Processed

6.1. Not Eligible: Sorry, your Pass cannot be cancelled.
