- A peak time charge might apply on standard fares depending on the time of booking. This is not a fixed charge and varies according to the demand for cabs.
- Explain customer with an Example: If the peak time charge on your booking is 1.2x then the cab fare will become 1.2 times the standard fare.
- A peak time charge is only applied when there is a high demand for cabs. This helps us encourage more drivers to log in to the Ola app and be available for bookings.
- We will always inform you if a peak time charge is applicable before you confirm your booking in the app, via message & via email.
