Voice/Email Team:
- The customer can resend an invoice to any email address
Your Rides > Select the particular booking > Tap on Mail Invoice > Enter the email id (Any Id) > Invoice Sent
If the customer is still unable to get the copy of the invoice, check for the particular CRN and have it sent from your side. (How to send an Invoice)
Disposition: Query > How to > Get Invoice Copy (How to Dispose?)
Note: On Customer Request - Recompletion Invoice can be sent (How to send an Invoice)
If the customer still doesn't get the invoice:
1. Escalate the issue
2. Leads to investigate & raise Jira ticket (How to raise a Jira Ticket? )
Note: No invoice will be generated for Ola Auto/KP
