Ola Money can be used to

• Pay for Cabs
• Online Shopping
• Pay Bills

For City Taxi/Ola Share/Ola Rental/Ola Outstation/Auto KP:

1. Ola money is an automated payment mode, which gets deducted against customer's Ola money balance post every ride.
2. If customers do not have enough Ola Money to pay for a ride, the customer can pay the remaining amount in cash to their driver.

Guidelines to recharge Ola Money

Tap Menu   > Tap Ola Money > Enter the Amount > Tap ADD MONEY > Select Payment Mode > Tap Pay

Enter the Payment Details > Authorize the Payment

4. You can also recharge your Ola Money wallet at any time before completing your trip. (Except Ola Share)

Note: Maximum recharge would be Rs. 10000 per month & Maximum one-time Transaction would be Rs 5000.

Email Team: 

1. Follow the steps as mentioned above
2. Submit the ticket as the “I am Solving this ticket”and send an acknowledgement email to the customer. (How to Solve/Escalate the Ticket)

For Outstation: Customer has to pay only via cash.
