Voice Team:
- Customer did not get SMS – Inform it would show as In App notification only – No SMS will be sent
- Guide the customer to track the ride using Ola App (How to track the ride using Ola App?)
- If customer insists - Send Driver Details Via SMS to registered mobile address (How to Send Driver Details?)
Email Team:
- Follow the steps as mentioned above
- Submit the ticket as the “I am Solving this ticket”and send an acknowledgement email to the customer (How to Solve/Escalate the Ticket)
Disposition: Query > How to > View Driver Details (How to Dispose?)
