Voice Team:

1. Customer did not get SMS – Inform it would show as In App notification only – No SMS will be sent
2. Guide the customer to track the ride using Ola App (How to track the ride using Ola App?)
3. If customer insists - Send Driver Details Via SMS to registered mobile address (How to Send Driver Details?)

Email Team:

1. Follow the steps as mentioned above
2. Submit the ticket as the “I am Solving this ticket”and send an acknowledgement email to the customer (How to Solve/Escalate the Ticket)
