Ask customer to: Launch Ola app> Pickup points (address) are listed >change address if required> Tap on Share > Confirm booking.
- For 'Hotspot' booking, the customer will have to go to the pickup point.
- Pick-up points are shown as soon as you launch Ola app, nearest pickup point is selected automatically based on the customer’s current location.
- Drop Location is mandatory, customer does not have the option to change the drop location post start trip.
Note: The driver will drop the customer at the chosen drop location itself. A deviation of not more than 200m will be allowed.
