- All select customers are eligible for free access to airport lounges
- It is a single user access & access will only be granted after verifying Select customer’s identity
- Customer must carry registered mobile number to get access to the lounge
- Lounge access is only for up-to 2 hours
In case the customer needs entry for more people - He can pay for the additional members at the lounge as per their walk-in charges
To avail this benefit: The verification process is a two-step process
- A unique access code given in ‘Ola Select Membership’ tab in Ola App Menu must be provided at the lounge, which is valid till the membership validity
- Customer must also share the One Time Password (OTP) that is shared with him
