Ola Select: Membership Policy/Refund

Membership Policy:-

  • Ola Select will be activated once the customer pays for the subscription (Membership)
  • Mode of payment – Only through Ola Money wallet available on the App
  • Ola shall not be responsible for any unauthorised use of customers Ola money
  • The Subscription package is available for a period of 1 (one) month or 2 (two) months or 3 (three) months

Refund policy for Ola Select Membership:

  • Ola Select customers can cancel their membership within 7 days from the day of purchase of the Ola select membership using Self-Serve in Ola app
  • A Select customer is eligible for refund only once in a period of 30 days

How to cancel membership/subscription and processing a refund through Ola app?

Voice/Email Team:

Guide the customer to process it through the app

  • “Menu > Support > My Select Membership > Managing my membership > Cancelling my membership > Select Reason > Confirmation Screen"
  • Once the request is processed, the refund will be credited immediately to their Ola Money Wallet.
