Terms & Conditions
- Rides of up to 15 km's will be only be charged at a flat rate of Rs 50.
- Rides of distance more than 15 km's will be charged at Mini rates.
- Share pass may not be applicable on Airport pickup or drop. Currently, Share Pass is not applicable on Airport pickup or drop in Bangalore city.
- The second seat booked on your Share Ride will be charged at Rs 10 over and above the fare for a single seat
- Share Pass will not be applicable on corporate rides where the ride fare is auto-paid by the company
- You can cancel your Share Pass within 7 days from the date of purchase only if no ride has been taken using the pass. There are no cancellation charges applicable on your Share Pass. (Ola Share Pass Cancellation/Refund Policy)
- If you are eligible for the refund, the complete amount will be refunded to your Ola money wallet.
