Referral Related: Did not Receive Coupon for Referring a Friend

To check the Referral Program: Refer to Ola Website 

Voice/Email Team:

  1. Check Referral Report to find if the mentioned friend has been referred (How to check Reports?)
  2. If it shows in the report - Check if he joined Ola and has taken a ride. 
  3. If he has not taken a ride - Inform that he would get his free ride coupon only if his friend takes a ride within 3 months.

If the friend has taken a ride withing 3 months:

  1. Check the Coupon Report. (How to check Reports?)
  2. Check if the user has got a Coupon - The coupon will be credited within 24 hours after the friend has taken the ride. 
  3. If he has - Communicate to the user that he already received the coupon
  4. Convey Voucher code.

Disposition: Complaint > Referral issue > Did not Receive Coupon for Referring a Friend (How to Dispose?)

If he has not received a coupon: 

  1. If it's within 24 hours - Ask the customer to wait as it would take 24 hours to credit the coupon.
  2. If it is past 24 hours - Apologise - Open the last ride of the user - Use GRANT COUPON tool with the reason Didn’t Receive Referral Voucher (How to grant Coupon?)
  3. Raise a ticket (How to Raise a Ticket?) - Complaint >  Referral Issue > Did Not Receive Coupon for Referring a Friend

Email Team:  Submit the ticket as the "I need to Escalate this Ticket" and send an acknowledgement email to the customer. (How to Solve/Escalate the Ticket)

Tech Team: 

  1. Verify issue as in the ticket.
  2. Create a JIRA ticket to Tech Team with complete details of the issue. (How to raise a Jira Ticket?)
  3. Follow up and monitor the closure of the issue
  4. Once the issue is solved - Submit the ticket using the macro I am solving this ticket with the details of the resolution. (How to Solve/Escalate the Ticket)
