Referral not working - Referral is banned and customer profile says <“Not eligible for referral”>
Voice and Email Team:
- Apologize
- Inform that our system has banned referral as it has not met certain policies of our Referral Program.
Reasons (To be shared only if the customer insists):
- Creating multiple accounts on the same phone.
- Signing up on a device which has been tampered or altered in any manner.
- Not signing up on the latest Ola app.
If customer insists on knowing what the reason is or asks for unblocking:-
- Apologize
- Inform Ola Account is active and he can continue to use it for booking rides
If customer threatens to escalate this or post on social media
- Apologize
- Inform the customer that unfortunately we would not be able to share any further information.
