Billing Issue: Customer paid less

For City Taxi/Ola Share/Ola Rental/Ola Outstation:

Voice/Email Team:

1. Customer is not ready to pay due to an issue with the ride/driver:-

  1. If it's a Billing Issue - Recomplete the bill - Ask to pay the revised amount (How to Recomplete?)
  2. If it's  Driver Related - Apologise - Convince to pay

Note: Revised invoice will not be generated for Re-Completed Ride. 

2. Customer does not have enough cash to pay

  1. Convince to arrange cash.
  2. If not convinced/not possible - Request to recharge OLA money – Raise a Ticket (How to Raise a Ticket?)

Note: Do not give assurance to the partner that the deficit less amount will be reimbursed to him by Ola.

Disposition: Request > Customer paid less (How to Dispose?)
