Recompletion Scenarios

Network/Device Issues

  1. Odometer reading available
  2. Odometer reading not being available

To Recomplete: 

  1. Select a particular booking
  2. Click on Route tool
  3. In Route Action Page: Select Reason

4. Reasons to be selected for Bill not generated

5. Capture the time & date

6. Enter the drop location

7. Outcall & capture the VOC & VOD

8. Click on Proceed to Recomplete

Remember: 

  • VOC/VOD is mandatory for recompletion
  • Advise partner to call when the customer is present
  • Only cash payment can be made hence, clearly summarise prior to recomplete
  • Ensure to inform that Toll charges are separate and must be collected by the partner

 Post Recompletion - Partner will be able to view the Ride Details in the App
