To Recomplete:
- Select a particular booking
- Click on Route tool
- In Route Action Page: Select Reason
4. Reasons to be selected for Bill not generated
5. Capture the time & date
6. Enter the drop location
7. Outcall & capture the VOC & VOD
8. Click on Proceed to Recomplete

Remember:
- VOC/VOD is mandatory for recompletion
- Advise partner to call when the customer is present
- Only cash payment can be made hence, clearly summarise prior to recomplete
- Ensure to inform that Toll charges are separate and must be collected by the partner
Post Recompletion - Partner will be able to view the Ride Details in the App
